After you purchase a digital patch from BreakingT.com, you will receive two emails:
- Order confirmation email from contact@breakingt.com,
- Redeem NFT email from support@giglabs.io (GigLabs is our NFT integration partner).
1. Open the redeem NFT email and click on the Redeem button within the body of the email.
2. You will be directed to the BreakingT Digital Marketplace. Click the login button (if you are not already logged in).
3. Login or register with your email address. If it is your first time registering, you will be sent an email with a confirmation code. Input the confirmation code to proceed.
4. Click the CONFIRM button.
5. Now that you are logged in, you can redeem your digital patch. Click the REDEEM button.
6. Click the APPROVE button.
7. If your are redeeming your first digital patch from BreakingT, it may take a few minutes to create your collection (where all of your patches will be stored). Occasionally this step may timeout but is usually resolved by refreshing.
8. Once your collection is created you will be auto-redirected to an Order Received page where you can see the progress of your digital patch being transferred to your collection.
9. Click My Collection button once the transfer is complete.
10. You will see all of your digital patches. Click the one you just purchased.
11. You can view the details of your digital patch here.
